This is a $750 professional session, applied in full toward your design fee if you move forward. It's not a casual conversation. It's the strategic foundation every successful project is built on.
Interior Design Services
Furnishings-Only Design
A fully managed furnishings experience — from space planning and sourcing to purchasing, delivery, and final styling. You don't shop. You don't chase vendors. You arrive on installation day, and your home is done. Design fees begin at $3,500. Minimum furnishings investment of $10,000 required.
Renovation and New Construction Design
Full-service design for renovation and new build projects: from layout logic and material selection to contractor coordination and design intent documentation. My engineering background means I catch conflicts before they become change orders. Design fees begin at $8,500. Minimum project investment of $25,000.
