All projects require a $750 Home Design Evaluation before full-service design begins.
Why every project starts with a Home Design Evaluation.
Most renovation and design projects go wrong not because of bad taste — but because decisions get made too early, in the wrong order, without the full picture. Layout is decided before function is understood. Furnishings are chosen before the space plan is set. Budgets are committed before scope is clear.
The Home Design Evaluation is how we avoid all of that. It's a 90-minute, designer-led assessment of your home, your priorities, and the right path forward. What comes out of it is clarity — not a mood board.
This session is required for all clients. It's also where the project officially begins.
Renovation and New Construction Design
Full-service interior design for homeowners undertaking a renovation or building new. My work covers the decisions that happen before a contractor picks up a tool — and the coordination that keeps those decisions intact once they do.
What this service includes:
Layout logic and space planning
Material, finish, and fixture selections
Design intent documentation for contractors
Project liaison and contractor communication
Sequencing guidance so decisions happen in the right order
Pre-project evaluation and scope mapping
My Cornell engineering background means I catch conflicts — between layout and structure, between design intent and what's actually buildable — before they become change orders. That's not something most designers offer.
Minimum project investment: $25,000.
Furnishings-Only Design
A fully managed furnishings experience for homeowners who want a beautifully furnished space without the process of doing it themselves. I handle everything — from space planning and sourcing to purchasing, delivery, and final installation.
What this service includes:
Space planning and furniture layout
Full product sourcing and selection
Purchasing and procurement management
Delivery coordination and installation
Final styling
You don't shop. You don't chase vendors. You arrive on installation day, and your home is done.
Minimum furnishings investment: $10,000.
Service Area
I work with homeowners throughout Buffalo and the surrounding suburbs, including Clarence, East Amherst, Williamsville, Orchard Park, and East Aurora. Out-of-area projects are considered by inquiry and follow the same Home Design Evaluation process.
