Furnishings-Only Design

Furnishings-Only Design is a complete, managed process from space planning and sourcing to purchasing, delivery coordination, and final styling. You don't shop. You don't chase vendors. You arrive on installation day, and your home is done.

Investment
Design fees for Furnishings-Only projects begin at $3,500. A minimum furnishings investment of $10,000 is required to ensure the scope supports meaningful, lasting transformation. Projects begin with a $750 Home Design Evaluation, applied toward your design fee.

Service Area
I work with homeowners throughout Buffalo and the surrounding suburbs, including Clarence, East Amherst, Williamsville, Orchard Park, and East Aurora. Out-of-area projects are considered by inquiry and follow the same Home Design Evaluation process.
